Refunds
Crystal Creedence wants you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, it can be returned and replaced if available or refunded, within two weeks of receipt of item. Refund will only be sent to downloadable items if wrong download was sent. Proof must be shown to prove this error. If not then no refunds for downloadable items. Thank you for understanding.
Damage items
Do not return damaged items to us without first contacting us about the damage. Email us to crystalcreedence@gmail.com.
We take great pride in packing your products to make sure it is fully intact and packed well before shipping. If damage to your package occurs on-route to you, there is a process that needs to take place to claim insurance from the carrier for that package. We cannot refund you for the damaged item until the claim is processed, so please understand we will require photos and proof of the damage, and in some cases you will need to be in communication with the carrier yourself. Thank you for understanding.
Proper email address
Please ensure that you have given us a proper email address so we can communicate with you regarding your order.
Porch Pirates
We all hate porch pirates but sadly it has become common in our world.
Please note that packages that have been stolen from porches are not covered by insurance. Always have a secure place for your package to be left by your postal service, or have someone available to physically receive it when it is delivered.
We CANNOT refund you, if packages that are proven as delivered to your address, go missing. Please keep this in mind when ordering online. The shop from where you order from is not responsible if packages are stolen once it has been successfully delivered. If someone steals it off your porch, this is not an issue we can resolve. You will need to file a complaint with the mail courier, and/or file a stolen property report with your local Police.
